1) Question: I would like to buy something from the website, what is the next step.

Answer: First off e-mail us to confirm the item is still available. We will then let you know what the final price is including postage and insurance. We will quote the price in US and Australian Dollars for your convenience. Keep in mind that depending on the size/weight of the object and where you are in the world, postage charges can vary greatly. We accept various forms of payment, see our how to order page for the payment methods we accept.

2) Question: I see all the prices listed on Godstick are in Australian Dollars (AUD), how do I convert them to the currency of my country?

Answer: At the bottom of each of our pages is a link to a Currency Convertor, just click on the link and convert your countries currency to Australian Dollars.

3) Question: I have some artefacts or collectibles that I want to sell, I was wondering if Godstick was interested in buying them from me?

Answer: Unless it is a item that we are willing to buy as listed on our Wanted to Buy page
then we are probably not interested in it, but we do recommend you post it in our
Free Classifieds. These classifieds are free and easy to use and even allow you to add photos, and as we have hundreds of visitors a day to Godstick there is a good chance that you may sell it through our free classifieds.

4) Question: How often are new artefacts or collectibles added to Godstick?

Answer: We are always adding new items to Godstick, the best way to be kept up to date on what and when we add new items to Godstick is to join our Mailing List .When a new batch of artefacts or collectibles are added to the Godstick website you will receive an e-mail detailing the items and their reference numbers. These e-mail's are sent within minutes of the website being updated.

5) Question: Does Godstick accept Credit Cards.

Answer: If you want to pay with a Credit Card, please use our Paypal payment option, information regarding this payment option can be found on our How to Order page. Please do not e-mail your credit card number to Godstick directly, credit card payments are only accepted via our Paypal payment option.

6) Question: I am interested in a item that you have on your website but would like to see a bigger or different photo of the item in question.

Answer: No problem just let us know by e-mail which item you want additional photos of and we will see what we can do.
